3. The Strategic Briefing (£999 Fee) When you apply for and are accepted for a Strategic Briefing, a non-refundable fee of £999 is required to secure your session.
Purpose: This fee compensates for the time, structural assessment, and immediate strategic clarity provided during the session.
Fee Crediting: If, following the Briefing, both parties agree to enter into a long-term consulting partnership, the £999 fee will be fully credited toward your first month's retainer. If no ongoing partnership is formed, the fee is retained for the value delivered during the session.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your Briefing with at least 48 hours' notice. Failure to attend without notice will result in the forfeiture of your fee.
4. The Founder’s Circle & Confidentiality Applications to The Founder's Circle are strictly vetted. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Confidentiality: Due to the sensitive nature of the operational and financial data discussed, all accepted members will be required to sign a comprehensive, legally binding Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to joining their first cohort.
Code of Conduct: We reserve the right to terminate any membership immediately, without refund, if a member breaches confidentiality or fails to uphold the professional standards of the group.
5. Limitation of Liability Bona Strategies provides high-level strategic architecture and advisory services. However, the execution and implementation of these strategies remain the sole responsibility of the client.
We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, revenue increases, or business valuations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bona Strategies shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or financial losses arising from the use of our website or reliance on our advisory services.
6. User-Submitted Information When submitting an application for our services, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding your business revenue and operational bottlenecks. We manage all submitted data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
